LA GEAR UP invites proposals for Summer Learning Camps from (1) any accredited public or private 2- or 4- year degree-granting institution of higher education, including community and technical colleges; (2) schools and/or school districts; (3) entities with 501(c) 3 status; and (4) other Louisiana learning sites such as research laboratories, museums, or science facilities.

Statewide Management of Summer/Academic-Year Learning Projects
LA GEAR UP invites proposals for 2012 Statewide Management Proposals to manage all of the LA GEAR UP programs emanating from the Summer/Academic-Year Learning Projects. Management of the Summer/Academic-Year Projects includes the Summer Learning Camps (SLCs), Professional Development Project for Counselors (PDPC), and Academic-Year Explorers Clubs which have been established in all 30 LA GEAR UP schools.
